Just wanted to say hi to all, and to introduce myself..My name is Bane (it's not what the translation from English would say :) and is actually my "short" name ), and I first started with QBasic 8 years ago (really basic stuff but it moved me more to be a programmer), then again about 2 years ago with VisualBasic 6 (which recently showed that it can't do everything I want it..), switched over to Python, and than here, the eC. Well, I'm still the beginner, with c and it's derivations, and I started actually learning c (better to say eC) because of the eC.
Now I read the book about the c, the Tao for eC is to be finished reading (can't wait to see it completely finished..)..and that's about it..
As of non programming life, I'm a student, had C and C++, but again, the basics (or less since we didn't even come to pointers as we should :/ ), like programming, hiking, nature and all wonderfull things it brings.. :)

Be assured I'll ask questions, and when I get a hang of eC more, I'll try to (scratch that.. I will) contribute as much as I can. :)

I found some bugs, and went trough the samples, and I'm wandering about Mantis..Do I need to create an account, or should I just report them here, on forums..

So, again, HI to all, and I hope to see this flower blossom.. :)

Welcome, Bane!

You're welcome to create yourself an account in Mantis and report bugs there...
You might want to do a quick search first to see if it isn't already in there.
You can also post about it first here in the relevant forum so we're aware of it and can discuss it with you...
You're also welcome to join our IRC channel at #ecere on FreeNode.net!

Hope to hear a lot from you.

Best Regards,

Jerome

Thank you for the welcomes, and I'm glad to be here.
Mantis is a will do then :)
